Soul Centred Coach

I'm so glad we have connected. They say everyone has a story. A defining story perhaps. Mine has taken me on a journey from not knowing where to turn to feeling empowered, and everywhere in between.

I have learned so much about myself and how to own my power and my life's passion now is to share my story openly, proudly and authentically, and with formal coaching methods I know will help shine a light on your path.

Why is shining a light on your path so important to me? Because I know where you've been. I know what it feels like to want to make a change in your life but to feel blocked, emotionally exhausted, physically exhausted, too scattered, frightened, and yet determined as ever to find the answers and the path back into a light filled life.

If you would like to discuss how life coaching works and how it can give you practical steps to move you forward, I would love to meet you. Simply click the button below to complete the enquiry form.

I am a trained Psychotherapist having studied for 4 years at The Kairos Centre, in Melbourne, Australia. I have worked as a Group Facilitator for an anti-bullying training program that was delivered in schools which focussed on building connections by helping children see their similarities, not their differences - through sharing common interests. This project was with Solving the Jigsaw, a multi-award winning early intervention and violence prevention program that works to reduce the incidence and impact of violence and bullying in children’s lives. I'm really proud of my contribution to this important work shaping society.

After 2 years of searching for a cure to Bell's Palsy that didn't exist, I essentially healed myself. While that is a long story (that will likely become a book next year) I sometimes refer to myself as a Bell's Palsy Warrior. The truth is though, the majority of the time when I'm not directly supporting the beautiful humans in my Bell's Palsy support group, I enjoy life irrespective of the stigma facial paralysis can sometimes bring. It hasn't happened overnight, the ability to feel at ease with the changes in the way my face looks after Bell's Palsy. The work I've done on myself have been profoundly deep inner self love and acceptance and through this love and research and perseverance and frustration and love... I have settled very whole heartedly into talking openly about it here on my website and when I am sought out for speaking and facilitator engagements. Silence keeps us in our fear and pain and I want to lead by example so people come to believe speaking up can be transformational.

My current formal studies in Kinesiology are enlivening my coaching with more heightened sensitivity to support and guide my clients in their own journeys from dark to light. Often in life we unconsciously give our power away to different people or belief patterns that dim our light and my passion is about helping women transform their light, to transform their lives. In coaching, I dedicate myself to helping women reclaim their power and it is the joy of my life to see my own transformation story take on a new meaning, by using it to inspire others in the hope that they become more excited about the many gifts of their life.
