The Unconscious

Travelling into the Deep Unconscious

As we strive to ascend on our spiritual journey and raise our vibration higher and higher, we must remove the anchors that hold us down.

In order for us to remove these anchors that hold us down we have to tap into and release suppressed emotions that we’ve buried deep within our soul.

We’ve got to go deep within the unconscious and release the suppressed emotions.

What happens when you go deep, deeper within your own soul, is that you start feeling the higher vibrations of your soul.

You feel more happiness, more joy, more elation, the cells within your physical body begin vibrating at higher frequencies giving you a higher state of wellbeing.

It is a balance, it’s the Yin Yang.

The Yin Yang symbol shows that in order for there to be light there has to be darkness and in order for there to be darkness there has to be light.

In the Tao they believe that the line in between the two halves represents the inner child.

Working on our inner child is very important especially when we have experienced hurt and trauma throughout childhood, regardless of age. It is because of these experiences that we start questioning our self worth and acceptance amongst other people.

It is from these experiences where we go deep and do the required work so that we do find our self worth, acceptance for ourselves and know that we are enough.

Just because others may have hurt us in the past, it does not mean that we aren’t loveable, accepted or amazing in our own uniqueness and individuality.

Any time that we struggle today, we need to go back to identify the younger parts of ourselves that need our love, support and affection.

The relationship with our inner child is of utmost importance. It is key.

You and only you can do this, no one can do this for you.

You can do it for yourself by having a loving, connective relationship with your inner child.

Divine Feminine Empowerment

 Dear Tired Mummy,

Are you okay? I know you are exhausted. Things are tough.

Not only are you being Mum right now you are also being Teacher and potentially Dad too.

As I have always said, becoming a mother is like being thrown into the biggest personal development program anyone could ever imagine. The intensity of it lasts about 20 years and then it begins to change but ultimately it lasts for the rest of your life.

There are no breaks and you are confronted with your own misalignments on a daily basis.

There in front of you is a reflection of your own inner child, often highlighting the areas of your childhood where you were wounded or experienced small to severe trauma. Did you think Motherhood was going to be easier? Yeah so did I. I imagined myself being this Empowered Woman that my children respected and regarded all the time.

Sometimes I experience this when I am standing in my personal power and engaged in my Feminine energy.

But other times they ignore me, disregard me and reflect back to me that I am trying to mother them from my Wounded Masculine energy. The truth is, sometimes I get tired, triggered and simply need some time out from this personal development program, I had no idea I was getting myself into.

My babes…

My babes…

I thought I was getting a cute little mini me, but I got a whole lot more. I got two little humans, who unlike me, have a voice, know their worth and will fight to the death to get their way.

I so very much love this about them because I know I am raising strong empowered little women, but my own inner child struggles because she would obey and listen to everything her parents told her to do.

She didn’t have the voice and power my two daughters have today.

The more women I work with, the more I am uncovering that mothers all around the world are feeling disrespected, disregarded and feel they have no power in their voice.

But this is actually an invitation for all women to look at and heal their own inner child.

I truly believe that what hold us back as adults is directly linked to our childhood in some way, whether it is because we created a belief around an experience we had or what we were taught about how to be in relation to others.

Most children of the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s were not raised to be empowered women or modelled how to be a Divine Feminine Woman. No one is to blame for this, it was just the way things were and the conditions we were born into. Society taught us that we are not equal to men and this belief has become embedded in our DNA and is carried throughout our ancestral lineage.

We haven’t just been carrying this for decades but centuries and lifetimes.

When we were growing up, being made to be special and regarded looked very different to how it looks today.

In those days we didn’t have a deeper awareness of how one’s childhood affects one’s adulthood.

But now we do. So we as parents try to do our very best to make our children feel heard, respected and empowered.

So where does that leave us?

Untitled design.png

Often it leaves us feeling exhausted and disempowered to some degree.

Our children are acting out, disrespecting us, ignoring us and obeying more the physical masculine‘s because historically we are taught to obey the patriarch.

Again this is something we have been carrying for centuries and lifetimes.

So often we drop into our wounded masculine energy when we see that our children are not listening to us.

The wounded masculine has no power and our children can feel that the energy of a wounded masculine is in fact weak, not strong.

It is the empowered feminine that our children hear.

It is the empowered feminine that our children respect.

But some of us were not modelled how to be a woman in her power, or what a divine feminine looks like.

So how do we expect ourselves to be this woman when we don’t have the rule book?

It’s not your fault Tired Mummy, it’s just the way you were conditioned during childhood, but you can begin to change this now.

This is an opportunity for you to rise within yourself and begin stepping into your personal power. This is an opportunity for you to reconnect to and heal your inner child who is waiting for you to make her feel as special as you make your own children feel.

Because dear Mummy you are the Queen of the family whether you feel like Queen or not and you should start treating yourself with more respect and compassion.

You must learn how to be more kind to yourself and remove the inner critic. Stop comparing yourself to other mums and start acknowledging how amazing you are.

Only then will you begin the healing process and move toward finding your personal power.

You should be serving yourself dinner first and not taking the dribs and drabs at the end.

You should be taking care of yourself first, not waiting till the end of the day when everyone is asleep and you have nothing left in the tank. How are your children meant to show you respect when you are showing them that you are not respecting yourself?

Dear Tired Mummy, forgive yourself for yelling, you’re doing the best you can under extremely brutal circumstances.

Dear Tired Mummy, you are not alone, collectively mums all around the world have been thrown into this box that has no exit and is covered in mirrors.

Dear Tired Mummy, it’s time to rise together by healing our own inner child, so we can drop even further into our divine feminine energy and break out of the binds that have tied us to the past.

Register your interest in my free Divine Feminine Empowerment program, where I will take you on a journey of self discovery and empowerment, where you can tap into your suppressed emotions, begin to nurture your unhealed wounds and reconnect to your inner child.

We will heal, transform and find the power in our voice once and for all.

Then we can raise our children to do the same.
